We procure quality crews and surveyors/experts from the Black Sea region for our clients.

Our main goal is to procure highly skilled and motivated staff. All applicants have to pass our entrance tests and personal interviews where competence, experience, language skills, health status and conviction status are checked.

The candidates' qualifications and experience are verified and cross-referenced with former employers, agencies and others to ensure that they are true.

We ensure that all seafarers arriving at the vessel have valid documents, certificates, endorsements and training complying with STCW and all other international standards required for their position and type/flag of vessel.

In addition, we attach great importance to language skills. If we have highly qualified candidates with poor language skills they will have to master our intensive English language training program to be procured. All applicants have to take the ISF Marlins English Test.
