Who we are

Marine Consult Ltd. is a Bulgarian-German joint venture.

Founded in 1997 by the late Mr. Gerhard Dube, a German marine consultant, the main field of operation of Marine Consult was consulting and providing experts for a wide variety of naval projects.
When we became aware of the emerging lack of officers we decided to expand to another field of activity: procuring highly skilled and motivated staff.

Mr. Malev acquired his skills through many years of work as a Naval Architect at several shipyards all over the world. He has worked as a surveyor for German companies in China and has been a lecturer at Varna Naval University.

Mrs. Lecheva has more than 4 years of work experience in the crewing sector and holds a bachelor degree in economics.

Mrs. Marinova has several years of work experience in the crewing sector and holds a Master degree in fleet and ports exploitation.
